Spyware/malware removal
If your machine seems to be slowing down and some windows pop up on your screen that you are not familiar with, then this is a sign that spyware or malware is on your machine. We will be able to go into your desktop or laptop and remove it so that your machine is running like it should be.
There are two ways that this can be performed: either at our site or through a remote session.
Virus removal
Usually, this requires some time depending on how much the virus has affected the machine. If an unfortunate situation occurs such as you not being able to do anything on your computer, then chances are you could be looking at a virus doing damage to your machine. Let us know if this is the case and we will be able to get it removed for you.
Computer optimization
This can vary from a vast number of things such as moving files to an external drive (backup), boosting the performance of the hard drive, or redistributing memory. Whatever is needed to get the best performance out of your machine, we will be able to make it happen.
Computer upgrades (by appointment)
Now if you are looking to add a hard drive to your computer, or memory, or video card, or even if you need assistance in building a new machine, JB Technologies will help you out. Just contact us and either we will come to you or set an appointment in our office to perform upgrades to your machine.
Take note that we can provide some of these services remotely. If that is possible, then we will block some time to remotely connect to your computer in order to perform the services required to get you going.
